2025 · Marshmallow Insurance

Nobody wants a 'black box' in their car. For Marshmallow's first Telematics launch, I had to design for transparency in a category built on surveillance. It's now 38% of Marshmallows new business, proving you can win on trust even when the price isn't the only lever.

When the risk of widely releasing an MVP doesn't pay off

2024 · Bumble

Opening Moves was meant to change Bumble's trajectory, but the UX and marketing wasn't meeting people's expectations. After a round of redundancies we took on the project prioritising women's safety and increasing adoption of the feature by 40% and good chats by 5%.

A new way of working

2026 · Marshmallow Insurance

Marshmallow is an insurance product. When I joined the finance team my task was to find a financial feature worth building. What I discovered was bigger than a feature, Marshmallow needed to become a multi-product brand and the app wasn't ready for that. So I built a proposal with AI and started to ship piece by piece.
