Opening Moves was meant to change Bumble's trajectory, but the UX and marketing wasn't meeting people's expectations. After a round of redundancies we took on the project increasing adoption of the feature by 40% and good chats by 5%.

When I joined the finance team, I was tasked with developing a financial feature for the app. I soon realised that it's not just about finding the right market fit or ensuring the app supports this addition; it's about how our solution can expand and integrate more products seamlessly.
